That each of us is unique and has our own unique story. I believe in the unlimited potential of every person. I believe that everyone is capable of finding their own answers, capabilities and solutions. I believe that clearly defined goals and visions lead to personal and professional growth. I believe in the power of open and confidential dialogue. I believe that real change is built on solid foundations. I believe that empathy is a key element of understanding. I believe that through asking questions and active listening, everyone can explore their thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
Why do I coach?
For me, these coaching tools are an exciting way to uncover and develop a client's abilities and strengths. Thanks to coaching and mentoring, people discover new paths, uncover their hidden potentials and advance professionally and personally. I strive to support clients not only in achieving short-term goals, but also in building permanent changes and major life transformations. I am happy to watch these transformations. I believe that life can be full of joy, contentment and the present moment, and I want everyone to know. Why? Because life is great!
What certificate do I have?
Learning in life never ends for me. I enjoy it. I love it. I believe that learning is key, not only in personal but also in professional life. My interest in coaching began with a low-key one-year Internal Coach training, that gave me a solid foundation. This was followed by the annual 5-module training called “Erickson The art and science of coaching”. After a successful graduation, I obtained the status of an official coach and started my journey to the international ICF (International Coach Federation) certification. It took two years to successfully complete this journey and now I am a proud holder of the ICF Professional certified coach (PCC) certification and at the same time I became an ICF Mentor Coach.I regularly deepen my education and enthusiastically integrate diverse coaching approaches into my practice. Whether I'm presenting in a business suit, discovering the beauty of Asia in a creased up t-shirt, enthusiastically watching my favorite series or digging my hands into the soft soil of a lavender bed – It is all me.
My path to coaching was not direct, but from the moment I read my first book on coaching, I knew that coaching would be an integral part of me. For me coaching is a reflection of my firm belief that we all have incredible potential for personal and professional growth.
Thanks to my long-term experience in management positions in large corporations, I realized that my strenths are not only in organizational talent, management and handling of many tasks. The real art is asking the right questions, which is what led me to discover the magic of coaching.It was a major turning point for me. I stepped back, looked at myself with love and began to trust others more. Life thus began to remind me of an orchestra, where everyone plays their own part with precision and harmony.
I then thought to myself that if this workes for me, why couldn't coaching help others who also need to change something? I started coaching colleagues and found that we were all struggling with the same questions. Thanks to this, I became a full-time coach with understanding.
I suddenly became the conductor of my own life and felt that this path was the right one for me! Sharing knowledge and skills fills me with joy and passion. And I am willing to give this to anyone who is interested.
